Archit Nuwood Industries Limited IPO

Archit Nuwood Industries is open for subscription from Friday, August 30, 2024, and closes on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. The price band for this IPO is set at Rs. 257 – Rs. 270 per share. Archit Nuwood Industries’ IPO is offering entirely a fresh issue of 62.40 lakh of equity shares. The allotment for this new IPO is expected to be finalised on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. The listing of this IPO will be done on Friday, September 6, 2024, at BSE SME segment.

The minimum lot size set for the retail category is 1 lot, i.e., 400 shares. For retail investors, the minimum and maximum investment amount required is Rs. 108,000. However, for the HNI category, the minimum lot size is 2 lots, i.e., 800 shares amounting to Rs. 216,000.

The IPO is managed by Share India Capital Services Private Limited, which is the book-running lead manager of this public issue. The company has appointed Maashitla Securities Private Limited as the registrar for the issue.

Archit Nuwood Industries Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the year 2017 and is mainly engaged in the manufacture of MDF or Medium Density Fiberboard and HDF or High-Density Fiberboard boards, and pre-laminated boards of various designs.

The company’s product mix includes Pre-laminated interior and exterior grade MDF, Plain interior and exterior grade MDF, Pre-laminated HDF, Plain HDF and both Plain/Pre-laminated California Air Resources Board-compliant panels. Archit Nuwood also offers High Pressure Laminate (HPL) boards.
