HP Telecom India Limited was established in March 2011 and focuses solely on distributing mobile phones, accessories, and related products. The company holds distribution rights for several brands, including Sony LED TVs and mobile phones, as well as other mobile phone brands across various regions in Gujarat. Over the years, the promoters have expanded their product portfolio by introducing new mobile phone lines such as Nokia, Micromax, Intex, Gionee, and Karbonn, thereby broadening their offerings and geographical reach.
Presently, HP Telecom India serves as the exclusive distributor for Apple products in significant regions like Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, select cities in Uttar Pradesh, and major urban centers in Gujarat. The company takes pride in offering Apple’s iconic range, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watches, and more, to meet the demands of tech-savvy customers in these areas.
To further strengthen its market presence, the company launched its retail operations in Karnataka during the current financial year (2024). The retail business in Karnataka focuses on Apple accessories, Nothing smartphones, and related products. However, the company has not yet formalized any distribution agreements with retail brands in Karnataka.
The IPO of HP Telecom India is set to open on February 20, 2025, and will close on February 24, 2025. The price band for the IPO is ₹108 per share, with a retail quota of 50%, no allocation for QIBs, and a 50% quota for HNIs. The shares are expected to be listed on the NSE on February 28, 2025. The allotment date for the IPO is February 25, 2025.
In terms of financial performance, the company reported a revenue of ₹1,079.77 crores in 2024, up from ₹638.47 crores in 2023. Its profit also increased to ₹8.6 crores in 2024, compared to ₹6.35 crores in the previous year.
